My name is Marcella Borrelli, and I was referred to your company by Ricky Rosano of Ricksua Homes. I do not normally take the time to write to companies regarding their service, but in this case I have been so impressed, that I felt it was necessary.

I have been consulting with Karen Agnew regarding a proposed kitchen for our house in Essendon. When I first met with Karen in June this year, I found Karen to be very approachable and very knowledgeable about sizes, appliances, colors and materials. During our first meeting, Karen identified the look I was trying to achieve and the best way our kitchen would compliment our lifestyle.

Karen's flair for design meant that she was able to correct a number of impractical layout concepts in my sketches and introduce several innovative features to improve our kitchen plan. Without her suggestions and ideas, I do not think I would have achieved such a workable area that exudes both quality and style.

The design service provided by Karen to customers is invaluable. Karen has assisted me in selecting the right appliances, the right color for the cupboard doors, and the best quality benchtop within our budget.

I have referred Karen to my father who will soon be renovating his kitchen.Without hesitation, Karen has met my father on site to measure and design a kitchen that he is very happy with.

Karen is a very firendly person and her experience and knowledge really shows in the advice she gives to customers and the wonderful sketches she so easily produces.

My wife Ann and I were introduced to Karen Agnew of Cazam Kitchens when we were looking at a major renovation for our home in Balwyn.
We had used a draftsman to complete drawings for the work but were not happy with the finer detail he had presented and were about to abandon our plans.
Karen was able to come to our home and spent many hours canvassing our thoughts and ideas and due to her skill in sketching was able to create drawings which trully reflected our needs. Not only did she make great suggestions but came with us to select tiles and colour schemes for the kitchen and bathrooms. She has a great understanding of construction techniques for the cabinetry, has a wealth of knowledge on the latest products and appliances and was able to direct us to other places for more ideas.
Karen worked with the builders to ensure the installation of the cabinets was well
co-ordinated and carried out at the appropriate time.
The proof of the pudding is in the final product of which we are extremely happy.
I would highly recommend Karen and Cazam for their high quality of service and construction standards, and the professional manner in which they conduct their business.

I tried calling last week but you were not around so I thought I would write to you instead. I know that many people are quick to make complaints and not so quick to recognize good service so I thought I would redress this. Your company has now, for the second time, proven itself to provide a good service to its clients. In particular, I found that Karen took lots of time and was very patient with us during the recent kitchen renovation.

Additionally, the chap who installed our kitchen, I think his name was Andrew, was equally well mannered and genuinely helpful. Your firm and in particular these two individuals helped make a stressful situation (renovations) that much easier.

I hope you will pass my comments onto them and if ever anyone is looking to do a
kitchen renovation, I would have no hesitation in recommending you.
